Can I choose any name, word or date?
Yes! For letters and name sets, simply choose the letters you need. For napkin rings, you can personalise with a name, initials, a date, or a short word. If you’re unsure whether your request is suitable, feel free to message us before ordering.
Can I mix colours across letters in one order?
Yes, this is one of our most popular options for nursery and children’s room name sets. Simply select your chosen colours before adding each item to your cart.
What if I can’t find the colour I want?
We offer 44 colours plus clear. If you’re looking for something specific, please message us and we’ll do our best to match it or suggest the closest alternative.
Can I order a single letter or do I need a full name?
You can order as many or as few letters as you like - a single letter, initials, or a full name.
Will I see a preview before my order is made?
No previews are provided. Please double-check all spelling, names, and dates carefully before placing your order, as we create exactly what is entered at checkout.

Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
Yes, we offer automatic discounts for larger quantities:

Can I order napkin rings for my whole wedding?
Absolutely - napkin rings make a beautiful personalised touch for wedding tables. For larger weddings, we recommend contacting us directly rather than placing individual orders through the shop.
How does a bulk wedding order work?
Please send your guest list with the names, initials or dates required, your chosen colour scheme, and your wedding date. We will confirm availability and details, and you can then place your order for the total quantity through the shop.
How far in advance should I order for a wedding?
We recommend contacting us at least 6–8 weeks before your wedding date for larger orders. Earlier is always better, especially during peak wedding season.
PRODUCTION & LEAD TIMES
How long does it take to make my order?
All items are handmade to order. Production time is 5–7 working days. Once completed, your order is dispatched and you will receive tracking details.
Can I order for a specific date (e.g. a wedding or birthday)?
Yes, we recommend placing orders as early as possible for events. Please contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether your date can be accommodated.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Bulgaria only, via Ekont or Speedy. You can select your preferred courier and enter your chosen office address directly in the cart. If no office is specified, your order will automatically be sent to the closest office to the delivery address you provide in checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of €4, regardless of order size.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, delivery within Bulgaria typically takes 1–3 working days. You will receive an email as soon as your order is on its way.
PRODUCTS & CARE
Are the clay letters safe for a nursery?
All letters are handmade from air-dry clay and finished with a non-toxic, water-based top coat. Each letter comes with a cork backing to help it sit securely on surfaces, and double-sided stickers are included if you'd like to mount them on a wall.
How should I care for my clay pieces?
Keep items away from moisture and direct sunlight. Clean gently with a dry cloth if needed. Do not submerge in water.
Are the napkin rings food safe?
No. Napkin rings are decorative items and should not come into direct contact with food.
Are the napkin rings waterproof?
They are water-resistant but not waterproof. We recommend keeping them dry and storing them carefully after use.
How big are the letters/napkin rings?
All sizing and product details are listed in each individual product description.
RETURNS & ISSUES
Can I return or exchange my order?
As all items are made to order and personalised, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will remake and resend your item as quickly as possible.
What if I made a mistake in my personalisation?
Please double-check all details before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If production has not started, we will do our best to correct it.
